Maynor's story is as unique as his career path. Born in Honduras, he comes from very humble beginnings. He has experienced both challenges and triumphs that shaped his resilience and perspective as he was separated from his entire family at the tender age of only 14 months. After 30+ years of separation from his family he finally found them all 3 years ago. Reuniting with his family was a dream come true and what brought him to Laredo in the first place as he discovered that 3 of his 6 sisters live in neighboring Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The past 3 years of getting to know/making up lost time with his family has reignited his drive to live with gratitude, humility, and purpose.
Outside of real estate, Maynor is a man of many talents and passions. A dedicated musician, certified audio engineer, and film school graduate from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California, he has worn many hats, all the way from creating music to exploring film production. He's also an avid golfer and a self-proclaimed pick-up basketball legend.
